Each student will spend 20 hours teaching and playing with the girls. As part of their course of studies, all volunteers will complete a journal to document their service work. The new Home will enable residents who have completed their 10th std. to live in Bhayander in order to pursue employment and higher studies. The girls will gain practical experience living on their own while still supported by Amcha Ghar — a vital step in their growth as capable, successful young women.
